How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Click your name in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then click "Cancel Subscription". If within 7 days, you'll receive a full refund automatically.
Why is a stock showing "No Data"?
Some newly listed stocks or stocks with very low trading volume may not have enough historical data for our analysis engine. This usually resolves within a few trading days.
How often do convergence scores update?
Technical analysis runs 8 times during market hours (9:15 AM to 3:25 PM IST). Stock prices refresh every 5 minutes. FII/DII flows update at 6 PM IST daily.
Is my payment information safe?
All payments are processed by Razorpay, India's leading payment gateway. We never see or store your card/UPI details.
