- Account Information: Email address, display name, and authentication data when you create an account via Google Sign-In or email/password.
- Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, stocks searched, and interaction patterns to improve the product experience.
- Payment Information: Payment transactions are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI details. We only receive a payment confirmation and transaction ID from Razorpay.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution for optimizing the interface.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the BullRad service
- To authenticate your account and manage your subscription
- To personalize your dashboard experience (watchlist, preferences)
- To process payments and manage Pro subscriptions
- To send important service updates
- To improve BullRad's features and fix bugs
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Firebase Authentication handles credential security with Google's enterprise-grade infrastructure.
4. Third-Party Services
BullRad uses the following third-party services:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and hosting
- Razorpay: Payment processing (governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy)
- Google AdSense: Advertising for free-tier users (governed by Google's Privacy Policy)
- Yahoo Finance: Stock price and market data
- Google Gemini AI: News classification and event analysis
5. Cookies & Tracking
BullRad uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. Google AdSense may use cookies to serve personalized ads to free-tier users. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We may share anonymized, aggregated usage statistics (never individual data) to improve the service.
7. Your Rights
- Access: You can view your account information from the profile section.
- Deletion: You can request account deletion by emailing jain@bullrad.com. We will delete your data within 30 days.
- Opt-out: You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
8. Children's Privacy
BullRad is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
