1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BullRad (bullrad.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
BullRad is a market intelligence platform that provides convergence-based stock analysis for Indian equity markets. The service includes technical analysis, institutional flow tracking, event-based pattern matching, and global cue analysis for educational and informational purposes.
3. Not Investment Advice
BullRad is NOT a SEBI-registered investment advisor, research analyst, or portfolio manager. All information provided on BullRad is for educational and informational purposes only. The convergence scores, insights, and analysis should not be construed as buy, sell, or hold recommendations.
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Always consult a SEBI-registered financial advisor before making any investment. Past performance and historical patterns do not guarantee future results.
4. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use BullRad.
- One account per person. Sharing Pro subscriptions is not permitted.
5. Free & Pro Plans
Free Plan: Provides access to the dashboard overview, convergence score summary, and basic FII/DII and global cue data. Free plan includes advertisements.
Pro Plan: Provides full access to individual stock analysis, smart zones, plain English insights, event DNA backtests, and an ad-free experience. Pro is billed monthly via Razorpay.
6. Payments & Refunds
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Razorpay.
- First-time subscribers may receive an introductory offer (currently ₹299 for the first month, then ₹999/month).
- Promotional codes may be offered during festivals and special events.
- 7-Day Refund Policy: If you cancel within 7 days of purchase, you receive a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds are issued but you retain access until the end of your billing period.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile.
7. Data Accuracy
BullRad sources data from Yahoo Finance, NSE, Moneycontrol, and other public sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data is real-time, complete, or error-free. Stock prices may be delayed by up to 30 minutes. Users should verify critical data independently before making decisions.
8. Prohibited Uses
- Using BullRad data for automated trading systems or bots without written permission.
- Scraping, copying, or redistributing BullRad's analysis, insights, or data.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer the convergence scoring algorithm.
- Creating derivative products or services based on BullRad data.
- Using the service for any illegal purpose.
9. Intellectual Property
The BullRad name, logo, convergence scoring system, Event DNA engine, and all original content are the intellectual property of BullRad. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of these without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
BullRad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial losses, trading losses, or damages arising from the use of BullRad. By using the service, you acknowledge that stock market investments carry inherent risks and that BullRad does not guarantee any specific outcomes.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service in ways that harm other users or the platform.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of BullRad after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
